Scope

These terms apply to your use of demandcrest.ai. Paid engagements are governed by the separate written agreement or proposal signed for that engagement; where the two differ, the engagement agreement applies.

The service

DemandCrest delivers opportunity intelligence: account research, buying-signal detection, qualification, scoring, why-now context and likely decision-maker identification.

DemandCrest does not perform outreach on your behalf unless separately agreed in writing.

No guarantee of results

Buying signals indicate that a potential commercial opportunity may exist. They do not guarantee that a company will buy, respond to outreach, book a meeting or become a customer. Sales execution and outcomes remain your responsibility.

Information accuracy

Research is based on sources available at the time of delivery and is provided for business decision-making. Company circumstances can change after delivery.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for using delivered information lawfully, including any applicable marketing, privacy and electronic-communication rules in your markets.
